DELHI WORLD PUBLIC SCHOOL, GREATER NOIDA hosted a farewell ceremony, “NEVER SAY GOODBYE” for the students of the Class XII batch of 2022-23 on 17th February, 2023. The Girls and Boys of the current batch 2023-24 organized the event in unison, to bid a lively and joyful farewell to their seniors. The ceremony commenced with tilak of students by juniors & proceeded by welcome speech.
The event began with lighting of lamp by Honorable Director Ma’am, Respected Principal Ma’am along with the Mentors of grade 12th and the event was proceeded by the motivational and good luck speech by our Honorable Director Ms. Kanchan kumari who has always generously imparted her wisdom to the pupils and guided them towards the right path, she expressed her desire to see all the students at the great height of success and guided the senior students for smoothly taking on responsibilities and setting a remarkable example for their juniors irrespective of the situation around them. She gave them helpful advice on how to find way to the expectation of their family and society with their own aspirations and concluded by wishing them happiness and success in all future endeavours and inspired them to leave an indelible mark on society and make the school proud.
Later on Respected Principal Ms. Heema Sharma also motivated the students for forthcoming CBSE Examinations by guiding them about the tips and time management skills for the Examinations and also wished good luck to the students for their future. She also expressed her hope that students will continue holding best positions in upcoming Examinations.
School is the second home of the students and the students are the heartbeat of the school. All class 12 students were present at the farewell ceremony. The farewell function was proceeded by the dance performance of junior. The class XII students expressed their gratitude towards their beloved teachers. Some of them delivered speeches relating to their experience in the school. Some of them sang on the stage. Students of class XII were also presented the gift of tokens to show the gratitude and love towards the institute. Different tags were awarded to the students, Mr and Ms. DWPS, Ms. Cute Smile, Mr. and Ms. Disciplined, Mr and Ms. Well dressed, etc… Token of love and appreciation was given to the seniors by their juniors At the end of the farewell ceremony, the students of class 12th and 11th both were served refreshment. Then the ceremony came to an end and it was very touching moment for all & Token of love was given them by Director ma’am and Principal ma’am. The day ended by capturing memories with photo sessions Atlast the auditorium was geared up with DJ filling high energies and immense pleasure among all, with the stamps of amazing memories and fun.
